Angelia (Andjelija) Masnikosa is a business leader with over 25 years in the Semiconductor industry, managing and designing microchips for graphics, CPUs and AI accelerators. She is currently a Technical Program Manager at Meta, where she leads the development of Meta’s next generation of Training and Inference custom ASICs. Prior to Meta, Angelia was a Senior Director of Engineering at Intel, where she managed UnCore development for Ice Lake generation of Xeon SOCs and numerous Data Center accelerators. Angelia started her career at AMD, where she held engineering and management roles with Fusion SOCs, integrated and discrete GPUs. She was a Sr ASIC Design Manager of the team who delivered Display Controllers to XBox One and Sony PlayStation game consoles. Angelia was born and raised in Subotica, where she likes to visit every year. She holds a BScEE from University of Belgrade, Serbia, and an Executive MBA degree from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. She is a mother of two, with personal interests in skiing, interior design and gardening.
